Weaknesses = lots of problems with hard drives Comments_ = Acer technical support was very bad in Canada. As an Acer reseller I was treated pretty bad. My 2 month old travelmate 4070 was returned 3 times at my expense after 1.5 months ot total time in service I ended replacing the hard drive at my cost. Further my orginal motherboard and video option was replaced with a cheaper video and motherboard then what I orginally purchased. We no longer sell acer notebooks as a result of this poor service
